Since I shared my yogurt recipe last week it seemed fitting to share some quick ways to make your yogurt into a super yummy snack! For those of you waiting on my sourdough recipe, don’t worry! It is in the works! I’m making a new starter now so I can document it with pictures for you.
Now, back to the yogurt! I love to enjoy this as a snack because it is very filling especially since it is full of protein! There is about 18-20g of protein in a cup of Greek yogurt, which will keep you feeling full longer. Typically yogurt is my snack between breakfast and lunch and it really gives me the boost I need to make it until my next meal.
I’m going to share with you here 5 quick and easy ways I love to enjoy yogurt!
